One of the oldest and popular YouTube channels, Machinima had their entire library set to private. This change was first noticed by the internet yesterday. With many creators part of the network finding their content gone. However, an explanation or somewhat informative detail might be available. On December 2018, the AT&T owned Otter Media company began a restructure. The company itself also owns streaming services such as VRV and Crunchy Roll. With this move towards another Otter Media entity, Fullscreen that takes management control of Machinima. With the company stating that further explanations and a resurgence will be coming soon. Kotaku received word from Fullscreen, new channels will becoming available and content creators can continue to create content. For the time being, Machinima is left in limbo while Fullscreen provides a clearer roadmap for the near future.
