Tonight, Ubisoft took the stage for their E3 announcements. Starting off by announcing Watch Dogs Legion which will be out March 6, 2020. With rumors being confirmed allowing players to take possession of others.
The next one to be announced is Gods & Monsters being developed by Assassin’s Creed Odyssey developers. Which is great, being right up their alley.
Ubisoft will be joining the congested subscription service space. Announcing UPlay+ which will cost $15 a month and have a large library of 100+ Ubisoft games. Allowing subscribers to have early access to upcoming games and new releases. Launching on September 3rd and be available for Google Stadia next year. The next game to be announced is Roller Champions. Which could be the next Rocket League in the world of roller derby action.
After Rainbow Six Siege received an seasonal update last year on the first quarter. Bringing in Operation Outbreak, it appears the highly acclaimed game mode is being brought back in PvE and standalone form as Rainbow Six: Quarantine. Which will be released next year!
On top of these announcements, various games will be receiving next updates and expansions as well as free weekends. Actors from It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia is working with Ubisoft on creating a comedy show based on video game development. Which will be coming to Apple TV+.
