nVidia Announces Super Line-Up For RTX Graphics Cards

Giving nVidia an edge on AMD’s upcoming RX series. The graphics giant announced a powerful update to their RTX line-up of graphics card. Affecting the 2060, 2070 and 2080 cards. Effectively replacing the regular RTX cards at the same price range of them with a bump in performance.

RTX 2060 Super will now have an extra 2 GB GDDR6 VRAM, an increased memory bandwidth. As well as 256 CUDA cores, 32 Tensor Cores and 4 RT cores from the original 2060. Sum it up, RTX 2060 Super is more powerful than previous generation of GTX 1080 at 1080p gaming. Priced at $399 and available July 9th.

RTX 2070 Super has 256 CUDA Cores, 32 Tensor Cores and 4 RT Cores on top of the original 2070. It also has an increase of 150 MHz Boost Clock. In comparison to a previous generation 1080 Ti, it is a little more powerful at a low price. Priced at $499 and available July 9th.

RTX 2080 Super has more CUDA, RT and Tensor Cores than the original 2080. As well as increased memory bandwidth for better performance. It has an increased Booth Clock of 105 MHz. Which places better than other graphics cards but less than the 2080 Ti. Priced at $699 and available July 23rd.
