Nintendo Direct September Highlights

Yesterday, Nintendo announced upcoming changes and game releases from their Direct broadcasts. One of the releases is games from their old Super Nintendo platform will come to Switch Online, such as Super Mario World. Nintendo will sell SNES controllers that’ll be compatible with Switches, allowing a discount of $30 for Switch Online members.

For Smash Ultimate, a new character from Fatal Fury will be coming to the melee game. Terry Bogard:

There will be more characters coming to Smash Ultimate and that is quite exciting.

A port from the Wii U will be coming to Switch, Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore. Releasing on January 17th which will have several new additions like music, characters and story.

Deadly Premonition is finally getting a sequel. Titled as Deadly Premonition 2: A Blessing In Disguise, which will be released next year. The original game will be launching on the Switch as Deadly Premonition Origins.

Ubisoft will be releasing Assassin’s Creed: Rebel Collection on December 6th. Being a collection, of course, of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag and Assassin’s Creed Rogue.

Xenoblade Chronicles is getting ported to Switch with a Definitive Edition.

Blizzard will be releasing an Overwatch port to the Switch. Coming out on October 15, 2019.

There are a lot more that was announced. The near future is quite exciting. What are you planning on getting for the holidays?
