Tesla Reveals Their Latest Software Version 10.0

Confirmed through their Twitter account, that details in a brief video on the long-awaited entertainment features.

Which reveals only during parked, Netflix, YouTube, Hulu and their tutorial videos as usable. Allowing Tesla owners to play videos during charging sessions or just waiting to pick someone up. It also works in the web browser that comes with the car.

Another long-awaited feature that has been available in other countries except the United States. Spotify, which has been heavily requested to replace Slacker.

Aside from the entertainment options, came Smart/Enhanced Summon and driver visualizations plus Joe Mode. For Smart/Enhance Summon, the range to pick you up has been increased from 150 ft to 250 ft and can maneuver a lot better. There is the possibility of the feature working in a multi-level garage coming later in the future. Driver visualizations is making the animations of the vehicles a lot more visually appealing. Making the user-interface unique and pleasing, if you were to look at the visuals when driving. You’ll notice little attention to detail to the surroundings and your vehicle. Joe Mode is a feature that’ll muffle the sounds of your car alerts and helps keep children in the vehicle asleep.

There are a lot of other features that came in version 10.0, plus even more coming in future 10.0 iterations. Be aware for those interested in getting a Tesla vehicle that United States tax credits will be gone after December 2019. So hurry and get a Tesla to have a go at these great features!
