My Hero Academia ‘Operation New Improv Moves’ Review

Released this week, episode 93 of My Hero Academia premiered titled ‘Operation New Improv Moves.’ With the previous match having ended, Class 1-A and Class 1-B start planning their upcoming matches with their own teams. Both teams from last match are given advice on areas to improve on by their teacher. The following match starts with Class 1-A consisting of Yuga Aoyama, Fumikage Tokoyami, Toru Hagakure and Momo Yaoyorozu. The team quickly skirmishes with Kuroiro who uses his dark powers to draw Tokoyami’s attention before revealing his team’s real target. Aoyama, who ends up squealing as he gets pulled along the arena’s pipes as Kuroiro tries to take him to Class 1-B’s holding cell. However, we learn that Tokoyami gained a new skill using his Dark Shadow allowing him to fly. Which saves Aoyama from Kurorio’s grasps as we get closer to the episode’s climax of Plan B. Class 1-B begins using Komori’s mushroom powers as we’ll learn more next episode! ‘Operation New Improv Moves’ continues the story between Class 1-A and 1-B’s as we learn what each class has either refined or improved, respectively. Will Class 1-A continue their new streak of winning or will Class 1-B make it to a tie.

It earns a 3 out of 5.
