My Hero Academia ‘The Unforgiven’ Review

Released this week, episode 106 of My Hero Academia premiered titled ‘The Unforgiven.’ Following dinner at the Todoroki household, a villain that appeared in last episode’s after credits has captured Natsu. The villain is Ending, who was previously captured by Endeavor seven years prior. The flashback giving quick backstory behind Ending also shows Endeavor bringing Hawks’ father to police officers. He desires Endeavor to kill him even though heroes don’t kill anyone but after the Nomu. He believes Endeavor can kill him too. All three manage to achieve Endeavor’s task they were given. He ends up rushing to Natsu and Bakugo and embraces them. Bakugo gets out of Endeavor’s embracement and points out their accomplishments. Endeavor and Natsu have consolidation behind their past despite tension remaining. He acknowledges Bakugo’s statement and is proud of the trio’s accomplishments. ‘The Unforgiven’ concludes the Endeavor agency arc and we continue to see his progress for atonement. Knowing that it’ll be difficult to be with his family and they’ll probably be happy together without him.
