Today, an ingame only event on the popular multiplayer shooter Fortnite hosted a concert. None other than Marshmello, who played in front of millions for ten minutes. For this event, weapons were disabled and players can join in on the fun with dance emotes. There was an encore performance set Pacific Time at 11 pm with the match continuing after the event as usual.
Hopefully other popular games host unique events such as this in the near future.
